Symptoms

A Sales Transfer Order (ST/OT) does not write the RTEPOOUT Real-Time Event to the Event Transfer Table (F90710) when overwriting the Order Quantity on a Transfer Purchase Order (OT). 

Steps to Duplicate:

1. Create a Sales Transfer Order (P4210)
2. Enter item and let Quantity 1 default
3. Tab down on line
4. Return to the line and change the quantity.
5. Save the transaction.
6. Check the Event Transfer Table (F90710).
7. A record was not written to the Event Transfer Table (F90710)
