Symptoms

When installing an ASU/ESU or doing an upgrade, if there is an interruption in the process and then fixed, when going further with the install, the TC Workbench is skipped.
The TC Workbench does the *ALTER.
This can happen when installing the ASU with the JDE Application P96470 - Work With Software Updates. It doesn't happen when using Change Assistant.
R98405 (Table Conversion / Merge Driver) which reports the status of each of the merges for a workbench, shows failures for the TC and *Alter records.
