E1: 15: Early Termination of a Lessee Lease Does Not Populate the Batch Number and Document Number in Amortization Schedule (P15171) When Batch is Created (Doc ID 2846226.1)

Symptoms

When terminating a lessee lease, the batch is created, however, the Batch number and Document number is not populated on Amortization Schedule (P15171). This makes it appear that the termination was not complete

STEPS:
----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:

1. Create Lessee Lease (P1501)
2. Create Recurring Billing (P1502)
3. Change status to 10
4. Run Create Amortization (R15170)
5. Run Create Commencement JE (R15170)
6. Run Balance Sheet Lessee JE (R15180)
7. Go to Recurring Billing and Select to Change lease terms.
8. Update with new end date.
9. Go to P15171 and find lease.
10. Take drop down to Terminate lease. (This creates the batch. This can be seen in P150911)
11. View Amortization Schedule (P15171)

The Terminate Early Flag is populated however, there is no batch or document number displayed
