Symptoms

User is having issue printing a MICR font on checks via embedded BI Publisher. The font shows up on the PDF correctly but when print immediate is enabled, the PCL5 font substitution is failing and boxes are seen around the check numbers when the checks get printed.



The following steps have been done but issue prevails:

  1. Added the font.ttf in the resources/truetype folder.
  2. Updated the xdo.cfg file.
  3. Restarted the E1 services.
