Symptoms

On Tools Release 9.2.6.x or above with Oracle Analytic Server (OAS) 5.9 or above.

OneView report (OVR) in a Composite page is not working. The OneView report (OVR) is not displayed in the screen and getting a blank page or an error "xxx.xxx.xxx refused to connect" can be seen.

The following error can be seen in the browser F12 Developer Console:
