Symptoms
An employee submits a Leave Request in P07620. The approver (supervisor) has not approved it and the manager for the employee is changed.
The result is no one being able to approve the Leave Request as the approver (prior manager) cannot view the request in Manager Self Service Leave Review (P076311) as they are not currently the approver and the current manager also cannot view the request as the APPROVER with the Leave table F07620 is the prior manager.
Steps:
1. Global leave is set up and employee is set up within Employee Groups (P186201). Leave Admin P07600 is set up to create timecard in F06116Z1.
2. Leave Planning P07620 employee requests leave time. F07620 record is created with the current manager as the approver.
3. The leave request is visible to the current manager in Manager Self Service Leave Review P076311.
4. Supervisor is changed in Organizational Assignment P0801ORG.
5. Neither the prior manager nor the new manager can view the leave request in Manager Self Service Leave Review P076311.
6. Employee/Supervisor Relationship Build (R05846) is run but this does not fix the problem.
