Last updated on APRIL 09, 2023

Applies to:

JD Edwards EnterpriseOne US Payroll - Version 9.2 and later
Information in this document applies to any platform.

Symptoms

When processing payroll ID with both Guam employees and non Guam employees the R07233 (Auto Deposit Advice) displays the Federal Taxable Amount for the Guam employee from the previous record of a non Guam employee when it should not. The Guam employees should not have a Federal Taxable Amount.

Steps:

1. Set up a Payroll ID in P07210, include US employee(s) in company 00001 and Guam employee(s) in company 00050. Both with the same pay cycle code.
2. Run Pre-Payroll and Print Auto Deposit Advice (R07233)
3. Review R07233 report and notice that a Taxable Amount incorrectly displays for the Guam employee(s) that comes after a US employee and is the Gross Amount from the previous US employee.
