E1: FDA: Last Few Grid Column Values are Not Visible in Subform Grid When Using Enable Subform/Disable Subform System Functions (Doc ID 2855213.1)

When using Enable Subform or Disable Subform system functions, last few columns in the subform grid are not visible. See below screen prints. Same issue is observed in all the supported browsers.
Not aware of any standard applications using this functionality. Hence, a simple custom application was used to replicate the issue.

Steps to replicate:

• Restore the par file of the custom application which has a subform and which has buttons to call Enable Subform and Disable Subform system functions
• Run the application and click on Find in the subform to populate subform grid. Grid is populated as expected. Note the last few columns specifically, where the value appears correctly
  
  
  
  
• Click on the Disable Subform button which internally calls the Disable Subform system function
• Subform gets disabled but the values in the last few columns in subform grid are not visible anymore, as shown below. Same issue happens with Enable Subform system function as well
