E1: 07S: R89078306 Colorado SUI Generating Incorrect Records in F078306 File (Doc ID 2862238.1)

The F078306 file generated from Colorado SUI Magnetic Media (06)/R89078306 is including an "F" record and the Colorado state file specifications only call for "A" and "S" records. This occurs when Processing Option number 2 (Default tab) on the R89078306 is set to blank.  Alternatively when Processing Option number 2 (R89078306) is set to “1”, only the “S” record is generated in the F078306 file results.

Steps:

1. Run payroll through Final Update for a Colorado employee in a specific quarter in the calendar year.
2. Run the Quarterly Weeks Worked Report (R07810) in Final mode for employee in step 1.
3. Run State Unemployment Workfile (R078300) for employee in step 1.
4. Run Colorado SUI Magnetic Media (06)/ R89078306 for employee in step 1.
5. Confirm results in F078303.txt file. When processing option number 2 (R89078306) is set to blank, an "F" record is generated incorrectly along with the "A" and "S" records. Re-run R89078306 with processing option number 2 set to "1" and only the "S" is generated. The "A" record should also be generated in this situation.
