E1: OMW: OMW (P98220) Takes a Long Time to Open from Fat Client (Doc ID 2871040.1)

Symptoms

After installing a new instance of EnterpriseOne (App 9.2 / Tools 9.2.6.3), Object Management Workbench (OMW) application (P98220) takes a really long time to open on the fat client. It does not matter if it is the 1st time or the 10th time to run, OMW is slow to launch.


Steps to duplicate:

  1. Sign on to EnterpriseOne on the fat client
  2. Enter OMW in the fast path
  3. Just get a blank screen for 3 or 4 minutes, then it partially draws the OMW application and it takes almost 7 minutes before OMW is finally launched.
