If the employee transfers, the employee's job or organization would be changed. At the time of transfer, the employee and previous supervisor need to do a performance appraisal for the employee's job at that point. At the end of the year, the employee will have to do a performance appraisal for the employee's current job. The new supervisor will refer to the previous appraisal ( at the time of transfer) by the previous supervisor. What procedures in the application can cover this process? Can the 'GAP Snapshot' be the kind of application that is related to this requirement?
