Symptoms

When using Form Extension Manager to add the fields F4801T.SEST (Scheduled Start Time (HH/MM/SS)) and F4801T.SEET (Scheduled End Time (HH/MM/SS)) on the P48013|W48013A - Work Order Details form, the values entered in those fields in add mode are not saved and no errors/warnings are displayed on-screen. However, in update mode, the system populates these fields correctly.



Steps to replicate

  1. Login to web client
  2. Access P48013 from fastpath and click Add
  3. Create a form extension in W48013A form to add F4801T.SEST and F4801T.SEET fields and save the form extension
  4. Enter a new order. Make sure to enter values for F4801T.SEST and F4801T.SEET
  5. Look-up for this order number in F4801T using databrowser. Could see that the values entered in F4801T.SEST and F4801T.SEET are not saved
  6. Select the order and revise it. Make sure to enter values for F4801T.SEST and F4801T.SEET
  7. Look-up for this order number in F4801T. Could see that F4801T.SEST and F4801T.SEET have the values saved now
