E1: ORCH: Sometimes Medium Complexity (over 8 steps) Orchestration Output Mappings are Getting Lost or Not Loading

Symptoms
When having an Orchestration of medium complexity (over 8 steps), the output mappings at the end of the outputs are not showing up on a regular basis when the orchestration is loaded in the Studio. Without knowing it, saving the orchestration has now destroyed the output mappings because Mappings not visibly loaded in the outputs table were not getting saved.
To check if the output mappings are actually saved or not, open F9524810 in databrowser, lookup for this specific ORCH record, click on the blob icon and review the opened xml, especially the entries within the tags <outputMappings> ....</outputMappings>.
