E1: ORCH: P42101 and P4210 (Record a Process) Doesn't Show The Order Detail Execution Flow In The Form Service Request Design When Displaying the Header First (Doc ID 2874322.1)

Created a form service request for P42101 using "Record a Process" option in E1. 
When you reviewed the design of the Form Service Request for "Entering the Detail Info." step, all of the Grid information is missing.  The same issue for P4210.

Steps to Duplicate

• From Fast Path enter IV and check the Processing Option For ZJDE0001.
• Go to the "Task Flow" tab and make sure you have a "1" in "Display Header or Detail" so that it "Display Header first". 
• Open P42101 or P4210
• Record a process
• Click on Add
• Enter the header info.   Click on Save and continue
• Enter the detailed info.   Submit and close.
• Check the Form Service Request design in the Orch Studio.  The detail info. is missing as the above picture shows.
