Symptoms
Advanced/Enhanced Media Object Viewer
a. Cannot Add/View Text Attachments - Attachment Manager does not appear
Steps to replicate:
- Login to 9.2.6.3 jas instance with a user id which has the language setup as I (Italian) under user profile (P0092)
- Open P01012 from fastpath
- Filter Search Type as C and click Find
- Select any grid record with existing text attachment and click Row--->Attachments
- Attachment Manager does not appear and hence cannot view or add any new attachments
- Click close button in the application, but the application cannot be closed
b. Web Client Exception
Steps to replicate:
- Login to 9.2.6.3 jas instance with a user id which has the language setup as I (Italian) under user profile (P0092)
- Open P01012 from fastpath
- Filter Search Type as C and click Find
- Select any grid record and click Row--->Attachments
- Attachment Manager does not appear and hence cannot view or add any new attachments
- Click on the paperclip for any grid record which already has an attachment
- Below web client exception appears on-screen
