Advanced/Enhanced Media Object Viewer

a. Cannot Add/View Text Attachments - Attachment Manager does not appear

Steps to replicate:

Login to 9.2.6.3 jas instance with a user id which has the language setup as I (Italian) under user profile (P0092)
Open P01012 from fastpath
Filter Search Type as C and click Find
Select any grid record with existing text attachment and click Row--->Attachments
Attachment Manager does not appear and hence cannot view or add any new attachments
Click close button in the application, but the application cannot be closed

b. Web Client Exception

Steps to replicate:

Login to 9.2.6.3 jas instance with a user id which has the language setup as I (Italian) under user profile (P0092)
Open P01012 from fastpath
Filter Search Type as C and click Find
Select any grid record and click Row--->Attachments
Attachment Manager does not appear and hence cannot view or add any new attachments
Click on the paperclip for any grid record which already has an attachment
Below web client exception appears on-screen
