E1: 15: Mid Month Lessee Lease with Free Rent Based on Recurring Billing Start Date Incorrectly Prorates the ROUA Amortization Schedule Based on Recurring Billing Begin Date Instead of Lease Commencement Date (R15170/P1501/P1502) (Doc ID 2876706.1)

Symptoms

When a Lessee Lease is setup to calculate Free Rent based on Lease Commencement date in Lease Information (P1501) and Recurring Billing has a start date 3 months after the begin date for Free Rent, the Create Amortization prorates ROUA schedule based on the Recurring Billing start date rather than the Lease Commencement/Lease Begin Date.   ROUA Should be  calculated from Lease Commencement/Lease Begin Date. not the Recurring Billing as the Lease Liability is.

STEPS:
----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Create Lessee Lease (P1501) Mid month - Populate the Lease Commencement Date with the Lease Begin Date.
2. Create Recurring Billing (P1502) with 3 months free rent. Start date has mid month begin.
3. Change Lease Status to 10 (P15171)
4. Run Create Amortization (R15170)
5. View ROUA amortization table (P15171)

Proration is based on the Recurring Billing Start Date and not the Lease Commencement/Lease Begin Date
