E1: 31: Changing Quantity Ordered On Work Order (P48013) Blanks Out the Operation Status On Routing (P3112) (Doc ID 2879653.1)

When a Work Order has been Partially Completed (Hours and Quantities reported) if the Processing Option #1 on Tab 5 - Validating is set to Update Parts List and Routing Quantities and Dates the Routing will update with correct dates but the Operation Status will be Blanked out. The original (Partially Completed) status should be retained.

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Enter a WO in Work With Work Orders (P48013)
2. Attach the Parts List and Routing
3. Partially Complete an Operation Step and set the Operation Status (using either P311221 Hours & Quantities or P31123 Superbackflush)
4. In P48013 with Options set to update PL and Routing Quantities and Dates make a change to the Quantity Ordered. Click Save.
5. Review the Routing and confirm that the Operation Status was cleared.
