E1: 30: ECO Parts List (P3013) Performance Still Slow After Applying ESU with Bug 27432402 (Doc ID 2880191.1)

Symptoms

After deploying and testing the ESU with Bug 27432402 to improve performance when calling the ECO Parts List (P3013), the system still takes a long time to display the grid.


Steps:
1. From the menu, access ECO Parts List (P3013).
2. Inquire on an existing ECO Number that has a Parts List with seven detail lines. Some of the items on the detail lines are on other ECO Parts Lists.
3. Select the line and click on the green check mark to access the grid. The system takes approximately 30 seconds to render 7 detail lines
