E1: 42: Manually Updating a Sales Order (P4210) to Backorder Ends in an Error "Backorder Not Allowed For Selected Line" With Error ID 123C (Doc ID 2882159.1)

Symptoms

When attempting to backorder a sales order by blanking the quantity shipped (SOQS) and updating the Quantity Backordered (SOBK) field the following error occurs.

"Backorders not allowed for selected line (Error id - 123C)"

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:

1.  P4210 - Enter a sales order for item A for 3 quantities
2.  P4210 - Order is currently in 520/540 status
3.  Blank out the quantity shipped (SOQS) and update the quantity backordered (SOBK)
4.  Tab down and observe it ends in an error - "Backorders not allowed for selected line"
