E1: 75A: Errors On XML File Generated From R75A730 (AU STP XML File Generation) When Employee is On Workers Compensation Or Maternity Leave (Doc ID 2883226.1)

Symptoms

When attempting to run STP (single touch payroll), employees who are on workers compensation, maternity leave, Paid Parental leave or defence leave are not entitled to superannuation and during STP, file is uploaded and generating errors.

Steps:

1.Create a new employee using Employee Entry(P0801)
2.Create a new PDBA (Pay,deduction, benefit, accrual) code for workers compensation payments or Maternity Leave in P059116, PDBA Setup
3.Created a time card with lumpsum amount for the employee in  Work with Time Entry by Individual (P051121)
4.Run a payroll, P07210, with this employee (who has not been paid any earnings on which super is calculated) where the employee only receives a workers compensation payment
5.Launch P75A700, AU STP Submissions workbench and add in STP details for submission.
6.Run AU STP XML File Generation(R75A730) to Generate XML. Review the file content.
7. Review the errors.
