Symptoms

When trying to run P03B202X|W03B202XH against a query which returns large data set, it displays the message - "Still Receiving Invalid JSON from JAS after 3 tries.".  This chart is based on the One View Customer Ledger Inquiry program (P03B2022). In a specific case, it works when the query returns about 15K records in P03B2022. It does not work when query returns more than 30K records and displays the mentioned message. It is the same issue if P03B202X|W03B202XH is directly accessed from fastpath or if it is accessed within the Accounts Receivable Manager UXOne page.



Below error messages are captured in e1root log of the html instance:

Steps to replicate:

  1. Make sure that P03B2022 has more than 30K records for over 1000 customers
  2. Create an advanced query to select those many records
  3. Access P03B202X W03B202XH from fastpath
  4. Select the query added in step 2
