E1: 45: R42950 Order Reprice Does Not Split and Reprice Free Good Line Item When The Corresponding Parent Item Is Partially Shipped And a Split Line Is Created and Repriced (Doc ID 2886416.1)

R42950 cost/price update program doesn't split the free good line item and reprice it when the corresponding parent item is partially shipped & a split line is created and repriced.

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:

1. P4210 - Enter a sales order for 10 quantities for item A (line type S) with a preference schedule setup to add free good B (Line type S1)
2. P4205 - Partially ship 5 quantities of item A
3. P4210 - Inquire on the order and observe the sales order detail line for item A is split to reflect partially shipped quantities
4. R42950 - Set the processing option "update price change to new line type" to S
5. R42950 - Run to reprice order and observe split line for free good is not created and free good not repriced
