Symptoms


Customer is entering Transfer (ST/OT) orders with Transportation and the Sales Order does not get the promised ship and delivery dates calculated. The shipment associated with the order is not routed, Routing status (RRTR) is equal 9
When the users goes into the shipment and manually selects the route then the dates are populated correctly.
  

Steps to Duplicate:
1. P4210 enter Transfer (ST/OT) order with Transportation set up
2. Inquire on order and note that dates are not populated
3. P4915 Inquire on shipmnet and not that routing status is 9
