Symptoms

After upgrading to 9.2.6.3, when using Export To Excel, if there are amounts with decimals to be exported, the exported excel has incorrect data as follows:

positive amounts with 0 decimals - number format (excel shows 1,234.00)
positive amounts with 1 decimal - general format (excel shows 1234.5)
positive amounts with 2 decimals - number format (excel shows 1,234.56)
negative amounts with 0 decimals - general format (excel shows -1234)
negative amounts with 1 decimal - general format  (excel shows -1234.5)
negative amounts with 2 decimals - general format (excel shows -1234.56)

STEPS TO REPRODUCE
==================
1. Open P0411 and press find. make sure you also have negative amounts in the grid
2. export to excel
3.Open exported Excel and notice that for negative amounts, the decimals are not present and the format of the cell is set to General

Changes

 Tools Release upgrade to 9.2.6.3
