Symptoms
When testing AIS Health check, JWT Trust Login fails.
All other health check options are successful.
Without a successful JWT Trust login, the AIS scheduler will not work either.
AIS_debug.log shows the following error:

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. From Server Manager, select the AIS server
2. Run Health Check for the AIS server
Changes
Upgrade tools release to 9.2.5.4 or higher.
