Symptoms

Scenario 1:

When adding a menu containing an external form as a menu pane in a composed page, the menu pane is missing the external form. This issue is observed in standard menus like G4114 (P30003X - Visual BOM - Analytic Components), G1323 (P30004X - Bill of Material Where Used - Analytic Components) and is some custom menus containing these external forms.

When the issue happens, below errors are observed in the e1root log of the corresponding jas instance for the missing application:

Steps to replicate:

1. Add a menu pane in a composed page for the menu G1323
2. Save the composed page
3. Check if it is displaying all the items under that menu in the menu pane in composed page at runtime

Scenario 2:
UN7 objects were not added during the Spec Merge process (e.g., P30003X and P30004X are not listed on R98700) but there are no errors.
