Goal

When creating and testing within Logic Extension (LEX) the date field is coming out in a different format then what the input date format shows. 

A logic extension was created to find a date in the past by using the date functions in the assignment builder to calculate that date based on today's date.

The date is input as 08/08/2022.  The function will then subtract 6 months from that date and return the output as a date.  

When testing within LEX, the date is coming out as 2022-02-08 instead of 02/08/2022.  Why is that and how to change the date format?
