E1: FORMEXTNS: Form Extension Row Exit does not Display the Personal Form of the Called Row Exit Application (Doc ID 2891948.1)

Form Extension Row Exit from an Application version calling an application without any version does not display the personal form UDO of the called application.

Steps to Duplicate

1. Create a Personal Form for P00095 - Business Object Reservations.  Note: The P00095 application does not have any version assigned to it
2. Run P00095 - Business Object Reservations and see that it displays the created Personal Form from Step 1.
3. Go into application P03B2002 - Work with Customer Ledger Inquiry. 
4. Create a Form Extension for the P03B2002 where you add a Row Exit to Call P00095.  Save.
5. Run P03B2002 Customer Ledger Inquiry application
   1. Find and Select a Record
   2. Select Row Exit to Business Object Reservations (P00095)
   3. No Personal form is available for P00095 and the application 'About Information' shows Object:P00095 and Version:ZJDE0001(P00095 Application does not have any version)
