Symptoms
Starting with Tools Release 9.2.5.4, performing grid import from Excel file, if the Excel file has huge amount of rows, after upload, UI does not continue and JAS crashes.
Stuck Threads appears in JAS JVMs and need to restart JAS to recover.
Steps:
1. Fast path to P01012
2. Enter any valid address number
3. Click Find
4. Row exit to Phones
5. Click Import Grid Data icon (top right of grid)
6. Click Browse and choose excel file with one million rows
7. Click Open
8. Click Upload
9. Wait for upload – file name is displayed with message that file has been uploaded
10. Click Continue
11. Web session hang
12. CPU for the JAS Java process went from nearly idle to >100%
13. WLS Console shows a Hogger thread that becomes a Stuck thread with the following as the current request:

Upgrade to Tools Release 9.2.5.4 or higher.
