E1 MOBJ: HTML Text Editor Menu In Media Object Viewer Is Not Available In PY Environment But It Works Fine In Other Environments (Doc ID 2893638.1)

Symptoms

While accessing Media Object viewer via any application, the text editor (HTML Editor) options are not visible / available in PY environment. However, this works fine in other environments. All JDE environments (DV , PY and PD) are at same release level and on the same operating system level. Even the Weblogic release and patch levels are same.

This issue is with all the browsers and "Use Activex Controls" option is Unchecked. This is an indication that HTML Editor is enabled.

Steps to Replicate:

1. Login to PY environment (the environment which has this issue)
2. Open address book application P01012
3. Select a record and click "Attachment" from row exit
4. The Media Object viewer opens but text editor menu is not available.
