E1: 46: Corrupt F4611 Records in F4611 for 2-Phase Pick Suggestion running Process Pick Requests (R46171) Causes Excess Quantity (3181) Error During Pick Confirm (P4617) (Doc ID 2897703.1)

Symptoms

When running the R46171 (Process Pick Requests) for a License Plate item setup for 2-phase picking, corrupt records are being written to the F4611. These records are for the 2nd phase, but do not have any from lot/location information or quantity associated with them. This occurs when the picking instructions have LP breakdown at the pallet level only and the quantity
entered is less than a full pallet. The end result when this occurs is that the suggestion cannot be confirmed because the error Excess Quantity (3181) is received.


STEPS
-----------------------

    1. Setup an item in a License Plate enabled branch.
    2. Setup the item in the P46010 to use 2-phase picking.
    3. Setup the Picking Instructions (P46095) to use CA level first (LP Breakdown = N) and PL level next (LP Breakdown = Y).
    4. Add a full pallet for the item and assign a LPN.
    5. Create a sales order (P4210) for a quantity that is less than the full pallet and generate a pick request (F4600).
    6. Run the R46171 (Process Pick Request) to create the suggestion.
    7. Review the data in the F4611. For the phase 2 records, there are corrupt
