Symptoms

App 9.0 or App 9.1
Tools 9.2.x

Login to JDEPLAN environment on App 9.0 or App 9.1 Deployment Server with 9.2.x Tools Release and using Busbuild to build business function gets error below in the jdedebug log and Busbuild does not appear.

Steps to duplicate:
1. Log in to JDEPLAN on deployment server
2. Run OMW and add any BSFN object to project
3. Select BSFN and run Busbuild
4. Busbuild doesn't start and the errors in the log appear.
