E1: 08ES: URL Setup in Director Text P05401 Does Not Show in Self Service Director P05410

Symptoms
After applying BUG 33732624 to resolve the display of the director text the URL setup is no longer displayed in Self Service Director P05410.
Steps:
1. From Director Tex P05401 select an event, for example, MOV (Moving). Note standard events are set up with a language of blank (domestic language).
2. Click Add/Update URL link to launch Define URLs P050612. Enter for example URL Key ID of KEY1, Text of Welcome to Oracle, URL display text of Oracle, Portal URL Links of https://www.oracle.com/ and click OK
3. Within P05401 populate the grid for Associate URLs with KEY1. Save.
4. Fastpath P05410 ZJDE0009 for MOV event. Note that the URL is not displayed within the director text.
