Symptoms
Request to select union code on Advanced DBA Information (P059116- Work With PDBAs). Need functionality to 'Calculate for all Employees' by union code.
Employees are allowed to have voluntary deductions for specific unions, but if they transfer to another union they are no longer available. It appears the only way to accomplish this is to enroll directly onto the employee.
1. Advanced DBA Information - Does not have a field to only calculate for specific union codes.
2. Group Plans does not work because each employee gets to choose the lump sum amount of their choosing.
3. EE DBA Instructions processes for all union codes.
4. There aren't many fields that can be re-purposed where the calculation table will reference the EE Master. Currently need approx. 5 different types of voluntary deductions.
Also allow EE DBA Instructions to have a union code entered and only process with that union. Even better would be to make EE DBA Instructions, Union Code, Begin and End Dates to edit for duplicates.
