E1: 46L: Error Shipment Not Found (080T) in P4216 - Pack Confirm When Called From P4617 - Pick Confirmation (Doc ID 2900570.1)

Symptoms


When P4216 - Pack Confirm Detail is called from P4617 - Pick Confirmation, it fails to pass the shipment number to the P4216.
As a result when trying to save the Pack information it fails to update the shipment pieces (F4943) and issues error Shipment Not found - 080T.

 


  

Steps to Duplicate:
1) P4210: Enter Transportation Sales order for License plate
2) P4600 Manual Planer: Process Pick Request
3) P4617: Take Row Exit to Pack Confirm
4) Note that P4216, W4216A is displayed but Shipment number is blank
5) P4216: Enter Pack information
6) Click OK to Save Pack information and receive error 080T - Shipment number Not found
