Information in this document applies to any platform.

Symptoms

When creating a credit memo from history, where the original order detail has Landed Cost Rule (Alias:PRP5) field populated in F4211 table as well as in F42119 after sales updated, the PRP5 field is NOT being populated in the newly created credit memo from history.

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:

  1. P4210 – Have a new sales order entered where there is a Landed Cost Rules applied, F4211.PRP5 field is populated
  2. R42800 – Processed the order all the way to sales update using processing option to purge to sales history (F42019/F42119) tables
  3. DATABROWSER – Check F42119 table, the Landed Cost Rules is correctly populated in F42119.PRP5 field
  4. P4210 > P42025 – Select the order from history to create the credit memo from history
  5. P4210 – A new credit memo is created and saved
  6. P4210 – Go to details and check the landed cost rule. The field is not populated, indicating that the data from F42119.PRP5 history table is NOT carried over to the credit memo. PRP5 field is NOT populated.
