E1: ORCH: Record a Process Using a Power Form With Multiple Grid (Subforms) Doesn't Record Properly - P54HS00 (Doc ID 2901011.1)

Symptoms

When attempting to record a Form Service Request with a power edit form which has two sub forms (e.g. P54HS00), it records only one grid data out of the two appears in the SREQ design in the Studio and it looks strange.



Generates Strange info:

 

The input for “Environmental Impact Status” shows “Agency_number”, but it is missing the Grid “Agencies – Grid” row.

The “Currency Code” should record under the “Costs – Grid” row. 

The above Flow should look like this:

 

When enter the correct information manually in the Studio, it doesn't save it correctly either. 

 

==Steps to Duplicate the issue ==

1.  Open P54HS00 in E1 (fast path)
2.  Enable Record a Process
3.  Click on Add (+) in P54HS00
4.  Expand “Environmental Impact" and enter the Item number (e.g. 1001).
5.  Expand "Agencies" and enter the Agency Number (e.g. 1).
6.  Expand "Costs" and enter the Currency code, the date and estimated inc.cost.
7.  Click on Return Value and select "Incident Number"--> resume
8.  Click on “Save and Close”.
9.  Stop the process recorder and access the FREQ flow in Studio.
