Symptoms
In P31123 Super backflush (SBF), the inquiry screen can error when the skip to work order number or the QBE work order number is not found. Changing the search criteria, accordingly, does not clear the error.
No Records Found for Search Criteria Warning
CAUSE. . . . . No records were found for the search criteria entered. The values entered on the screen have found no matching records.
RESOLUTION . . Check the primary key fields for valid values. One or both of the following does not exist in the Master file (F4801) 1) The Work Order Number entered does not exist. 2) The Branch/Plant entered does not have any Work Orders associated with it.

Steps
- Enter a valid P48013 manufacturing work order and make note of the number.
- Access G3112/P31123 and enter the work order number in the QBE grid.
- Hit Find.
- System highlights the skip to order number field in the form header and displays No Records Found error. User cannot clear error without exiting the program.
Changes
Upgrade to update 6 and tools upgrade to 9.2.6.3.
