Is there a wait function that can be used in Orchestrator?

While working on Automating Package Build Orchestration based on document E1: ORCH: PKG: How to Build a Package from Orchestration? (Doc ID 2777342.1), there is a need to add additional functionality to check for package build status.

Is there a "wait" function in Orchestrator that can be used in Logic Extensions(LEX)? Example,  While querying the status of a package buiild, set a wait of 10 secs interval before it performs the next query.
