Goal

Starting with Release 23, Tools Release 9.2.7.0, Orchestration and Notification can be called from a Workflow created thru Studio.  When calling a Notification, it is not the same as workflow messages which could include action links and approval.  Workflow could send messages initiated by subscription based notifications where a user would be notified that a workflow has run.
