E1: ORCH: Orchestrations or Notifications Cannot Be Launched by B98ORCH When Launching Them From an UBE on Tools Release 9.2.5.X or Later

Information in this document applies to any platform.
Symptoms
On tools release 9.2.5.x or later, any UBE which makes use of B98ORCH to launch an Orchestration or a Notification, will fail launching it.
If the same Orchestration or Notification is launched from P98ORCH, the Orchestration or the Notification is launched properly and the response is returned by AIS server.
Scenario 1 (incorrect path in URL, 404 returned by AIS Server)
If the UBE is submitted with debug logging on, the following error is present in the debug log:
