Symptoms
There is an incorrect overtime rate reported on the Certified Payroll Register (R07371).
Steps to Duplicate:
1. Choose an hourly employee - 2xxxxxx
2. Enter Time Entry as follows:
A. Enter Timecard for employee
4hrs at pay type 1 regular rate = 20.00
4hr at pay type 1 regular rate, back it out = 20.00-
4hrs at pay type 1 for overridden rate = 22.50
Save the timecard
B. Enter data on same timecard again
4hrs at pay type 100 for 1.5 rate = 30.00
4hrs at pay type 100 for 1.5 rate, back it out = 30.00-
4hrs at pay type 100 for 1.5 rate, overridden rate = 48.75
Save the timecard
C. Enter data on the same timecard again
2.5hrs at pay type 110 double time regular rate = 40.00
2.5hrs at pay type 110 double time regular rate, back it out = 40.00-
2.5 hrs at pay type 110 double time, override rate = 85.00
3. Set up the Pay Cycle, run pay cycle – P07210, create BV and submit specs
4. Run the Pay Cycle Workbench steps P07210
a. Pre-payroll
b. Print Check
c. Journal Entries
d. Final Update
5. Check the (P07352) Employee Pay Stub Detail for review
6. Review the data browser for table (F0618) Employee Transaction History- showing all exact rates as entered.
7. Run the Certified Payroll Register (R07371) shows the incorrect rate in the 1.5 overtime rate value.
