Symptoms

The Employee Self Service Daily Time Entry P051127 is giving Hours Exceed Limit for a pay type setup with Hours Exceed Limit but the employee has not exceeded the limit.
The issue happens when changing a saved time card.

Steps:
1. Set P059116 a pay type is set up with an 80 hours limit.
2. Employee has existing F0618 history of 40 hours for the pay type.
3. Launch P051125, set PPED, choose Daily Time Entry, for the pay type enter a number of hours under the 80 hour limit (example 25 hours), and save. No error is given.
4. Exit the application. Relaunch the P051125 application set same PPED, choose Daily Time Entry, make a change to an existing time card record for the pay type for the same day but still less than the limit (reduce existing entry to 24 hours). Click next grid row and Hours Exceed Limit is incorrectly given.

The software appears to add the row again for the same date to the existing F06116Z1.
