Symptoms
P3711 Test Results Entry for new sample takes long time to process if some samples already exist.
Please change P3711 for improved performance.
The quality tests are defined with item specification only. And the tests included both numeric and alpha numeric values and using only English language characters. When entering test result at P3711 application, user is pressing the new sample under row exit.
If there are no test results for the day, the grid populates quickly. After entering a set of test results, subsequent new sample entries beginning the take longer, reaching two minutes waiting time after fifth test results for an item with approximately 30 tests defined.
This causes productivity loses for the users.
