E1: 32: P420111 Quote Release Is Not Creating a Wo Line in F3201 For the Configured Parent (Doc ID 2904006.1)

P420111 Quote Release is not creating a WO line in F3201 for the configured parent

Steps

Have one CFG item and one MFG item as child.
Add MFG item on the P rule of CFG item in P3293.
Create one quote as SQ for the parent CFG item in P4210 ZJDE0009. Accept the
Release the SQ full quantity in P420111 with P4210 ZJDE0008 version in the POs. Form exit to SO Generation.
Check in F4801 and notice the WOs for the parent and component are created, but the WO for the parent CFG is not created in F3201.
This is causing issues, R31410 is not attaching the PL (and routing).
