E1: ORCH: URL Called Using "Go to URL" System Function is Not Triggered From Orchestration

Symptoms
An application was designed to call a specific URL(Uniform Resource Locator) using "Go to URL" system function from a row exit. When this is tested from a web client, the URL opens in a new tab as expected. From the tracking mechanism present in the target site, it was confirmed that the URL was getting called. The same action when executed from an orchestration, the URL was not getting called. Even though the jas debug log from the html instance had the below entries indicating the successful execution of the system function, there was no such hit recorded in the target site, when called from orchestration.
