Symptoms

After enabling JMX communication over TLS v1.3 for the E1 agent and Managed Instances in Server Manager, the E1 agent is not able to communicate with Server Manager Console being shown as "Stopped", or the runtime metrics for the managed instance are not shown in Server Manager Console

The following error is shown in E1 agent log file, or the managed instance log file:

 

Changes

 TLS v1.3  or TLS v1.2 has been enabled in Server Manager for JMX communication
