Symptoms

The Update Receipts Header UBE (R03B551) fails to commit transactions and does not upload auto cash receipt records.  The R03B551 JDE Debug log displays the following error:

'Transaction failed to commit.'

--UBE--[4]-- UPDATE PRODDTA.F03B11 … WHERE  ( RPDOC = 0.000000 AND RPDCT = ' ' AND RPKCO = ' ' AND RPSFX = ' ' )

--UBE--[4]-- SELECT  *  FROM PRODDTA.F9207  WHERE  ( FRDTAI = '078H' )

--UBE--[4]-- --ER: Line(75): Done Processing BSFN : CreateMaintainRUDetail

 

Steps to Duplicate:

  1. Set up automatic receipts (aka auto cash) in the following programs:
    1. Customer Master (P03013).
    2. Algorithms (P03B52).
    3. Execution List (P03B50).
    4. Customer Bank Account (P0030A).
    5. GL Bank Account (P0030G).
  2. Upload data in the Electronic Receipts Input table (F03B13Z1).
  3. Run Update Receipts Header (R03B551) UBE.
  4. Verify JDE Debug Log for error message 078H: “Update to table &1 failed” in BSFN CreateMaintainRUDetail.
