Goal
The P5310 Change Request Entry form is missing Taxable (TX), Tax Rate Area (TXA1), Tax Explanation Code (EXR1) fields. When entering a change request (P5310) to a purchase order/contract number the tax fields are not in the application. Why are these fields not part of the change request entry?
The workaround requires going into the change request from the P4310 Purchase Order Entry/Inquiry and completing the required tax fields as taxes are not specific to the Job but are Line Item specific.
