E1: 49: Work With Shipments (P4915) Does Not Suppress Order Lines Not Released From Fulfillment (Doc ID 2908895.1)

Symptoms

Work with Shipments (P4915) does not suppress order lines that are in fulfillment and have not been released from fulfillment.

The client reproduced the issue with the following steps:

  1. Go into Work with Shipments Program (P4915) enter the branch plant and click Find
    1. Hundreds of records are returned to the grid many with a red x to prevent the shipment from being approved.
    2. The user has to scroll through pages of shipments before they can find one without a red x.
    3. Most of the records have the red x because they are order lines that are in fulfillment at a status less than 50 meaning they are not released and should not be approved for shipment.
